Business Development Manager

Job Duties:
– Create, plan, and re-evaluate marketing strategies to support company goals, increase customer portfolio, boost branch foot traffic, and expand online sales through the company’s marketplace portal;
– Evaluate the financial trajectory of marketing efforts, including research, strategies, and budget utilization, to realign expectations on profit and return on investment (ROI);
– Complete and maintain the inventory catalog and product images from the database and website to provide a comprehensive set of offerings for customers;
– Assist with project-related coordination between the sales team and outsourced vendors, including gathering updates, consolidating feedback, and monitoring deliverables;
– Facilitate strategic planning to create the marketing calendar, activity schedule, and projected sales outcomes for both branch operations and online channels;
– Collaborate with outsourced marketing vendors on online presence efforts, promotions, trade shows, digital advertising, and marketing collateral required to increase foot traffic and online sales;
– Manage market research and marketplace intelligence activities, including analyzing customer trends and competitor behavior to improve platform reliability and enhance customer purchasing experience; and
– Recommend process improvements to enhance internal sales workflows, marketing effectiveness, and online product presentation, ensuring the company remains relevant and competitive with target customers.
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years experience as a Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager or related, OR Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications or related.
